How do you deal with inclement weather?

Depending on the situation, the groomer reserves the right to cancel and reschedule an appointment due to the weather.

What is your cancellation policy?

You must give 48 hours notice prior to day of appointment to not be charged a Cancellation Fee.

Can I stay with my pet during grooming service?

No, we have a strict policy against this. Especially now during Covid-19.
